The Iversen Wellness and Recovery Center and Talkline are dedicated to providing essential wellness, recovery, and mental health support services to individuals in need. As the Program Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is integral in managing both the Wellness and Recovery Center and the Talkline, facilitating team development, ensuring compliance, and enhancing program offerings. You will be responsible for staff supervision, program operations, community outreach, and maintaining a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Examples of Duties:

Primary responsibilities of the Supervisor will be:

    • Train, monitor, evaluate, and direct the work of the program staff and interns.
    • Provide daily guidance and direction to staff and interns, ensuring they have ongoing training and support.
    • Respond promptly to staff emergency situations and critical issues.
    • Meet with staff weekly to review caseloads and address current issues.
    • Develop staff to reach their full potential, providing immediate direction and support during crises.
    • Evaluate staff performance in writing five working days prior to their evaluation deadline and discuss performance as needed with the Program Manager/Director.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork among all staff members.

A background in mental health will be helpful in working with program participants.


Salary:

24.25

Minimum Employment Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in field related to the program. Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
Must be able to multi-task and have experience with Microsoft office.
All candidates must pass the fingerprinting and background check.
