Mental Health Support for Latino Community North Valley

Promoting Health, Connection, and Access to Care in Our Communities

The Promotores Program empowers Latino, Hispanic, and Chicano individuals and families through culturally responsive outreach, education, and care coordination. As trusted members of the communities they serve, Promotores help people navigate health care and community resources, reduce barriers to services, and promote overall wellness.

Together, we build healthy futures grounded in culture, care, and connection.

Promotores are trained community health liaisons who offer more than just services—they bring understanding, trust, and empowerment. They speak your language, understand your culture, and are dedicated to improving well-being in real and relatable ways.

Our program focuses on:

  • Culturally relevant mental health education

  • Trauma-informed support

  • Outreach at schools, homes, and community hubs

  • Empowerment for youth and families through group facilitation

  • Healing from immigration trauma, natural disasters, and stressors of everyday life
