Promotores are trained community health liaisons who offer more than just services—they bring understanding, trust, and empowerment. They speak your language, understand your culture, and are dedicated to improving well-being in real and relatable ways.

  • The program is open to individuals and families in the Latino/Hispanic/Chicano and Hmong communities. Support is offered in native languages and bilingual formats.

  • You can self-refer or call to schedule an appointment with one of our bilingual case managers. Referral forms are also available.

  • Absolutely. All services are delivered in a safe, private, and respectful environment.

  • No. All services are completely free, regardless of insurance status.

  • Everyone is welcome! Our case managers offer support in Spanish and Hmong, and our groups are designed to be bilingual, inclusive, and accessible to all participants.
