At Iversen Wellness & Recovery Center, STANS Wellness & Recovery Center, and Six Stones Wellness Center, we are committed to providing a supportive, stigma-free space for individuals navigating mental health challenges.
Whether you are just starting your recovery journey or continuing to build resilience, we empower you to take an active role in your healing process.
Our centers are welcoming, client-driven spaces where adults and older adults (18+) can engage in their personal wellness and recovery journey. We believe in meeting individuals where they are and offering programs that support both personal and collective healing.
Funded by Mental Health Services Act Funds, Prop 63 through the local Mental Health and Human Services Departments.

Peer Support
Participate in individual and group sessions with certified Peer Support Specialists who provide guidance based on shared experiences.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan™ (WRAP)
Create a personalized plan to manage mental health challenges and enhance wellness.
Creative Expression
Engage in therapeutic activities like drumming (no experience needed!) and art to encourage self-expression, reduce stress, and build community.
Life Skills & Education
Join classes on life skills, including budgeting, goal-setting, and cooking classes, to enhance your independence and well-being.
Employment & Housing Support
Get help securing stable housing, employment opportunities, and food security to improve your long-term stability.
Specialized Support Groups
Join diagnosis-specific groups to connect with peers who understand your challenges and offer tailored support.
Resource Access
