You will play a pivotal role in our team's success through providing supervision and support to our trainees and/or associates and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, client-centered care. As a Clinical Supervising Therapist, your responsibilities will include conducting individual and group supervision sessions, facilitating professional development opportunities, and promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Examples of Duties:

• Assign therapists’ caseloads and provide clinical supervision to trainees and associates in accordance with the policies of the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
• Train, supervise, evaluate and provide ongoing direction for trainees and associate staff
• Provide direct clinical services which may include any of the following: individual and group therapy, family therapy, therapy with adults and/or children, and psychological testing
• Monitor the monthly review of case files, oversee documentation of all evaluation requirements and ensure that files are current and complete
• Develop and promote a sense of teamwork among staff
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of all rules and regulations that have been established by state law, the Board of Behavioral Science, Medi-Cal, and NVCSS

Salary:

$74,526.40 (Step A) - $90,716.35 (Step G), Exempt

Minimum Employment Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy
Have an active license and be in good standing with the California BBS Examiners or appropriate licensing agency
Experience supervising staff and met the legal requirements set by the BBS
Experience working with Medi-Cal programs, documentations and billing procedures such as CalAIM.

Other:

Work Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some evenings
