As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's initiatives and functions. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing employee experiences.Examples of Duties:
- Onboarding Administration: Contribute to a seamless experience for new hires by maintaining administrative tasks related to onboarding, including inputting data into HR systems.
- Orientation Preparation: Prepare and coordinate all necessary forms for new employee orientation and onboarding to enhance the welcoming experience.
- Employee Support: Provide employees support on various HR-related topics and promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- File Maintenance: Maintain and update individual employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employment Verification: Process requests for employment verification for current and former employees in a timely manner.
- Inquiry Response: Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, fostering a supportive environment.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
- File Audits: Conduct file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and properly maintained.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee activities and special projects that promote engagement and teamwork.
- Staff Meetings: Attend staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to departmental goals.
- Team Support: Support the team in daily tasks and operations, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives.
Salary:
Starting Pay Range: $21.54 (Step A) - $28.11 (Step F)Minimum Employment Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
