- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage recruitment processes from posting job ads to conducting interviews.
- Represent the organization at community events and recruitment fairs.
- Assist in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.
- Onboarding & Training
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Coordinate with IT to set up new employee access and accounts.
- Organize employee training programs and provide necessary materials.
- Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and issues related to benefits, leaves, compensation, and other HR topics.
- Provide guidance to employees on policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Stay updated on labor laws, equal employment opportunity policies, compensation guidelines, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Audit employee files to check for completeness and legal requirements.
- Policy Development & Implementation
- Assist in the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Regularly review and update employee files to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Administrative Support & Special Projects
- Coordinate reporting to government agencies in a timely manner.
- Assist in employee activities, special projects, and any related initiatives.
- Provide support for emergencies or immediate HR-related concerns as they arise.
Salary:
Starting Range: $28.10 (Step A) - $29.81 (Step C)Minimum Employment Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Other:
